The Happenings at the Cellar

We brought our small little house a few years ago, at a very cheap price which was unusual and calming at the same time. Little did we know about the shady past of the house, even the real estate agent refuses to answer about the history. The house was small with three bedrooms, a dining room, a small kitchen, a small backyard and a bizarre cellar. At first, there was no difficulty in moving into our so-called"home"! Our parents took the bedroom on the first floor and my sister and I consumed the bedroom on the second floor. We never required the cellar, so it was closed most of the time. The problems initiated from the second week of shifting into the house. We could hear strange scratching sounds coming from the walls of the bedroom. There was a rotten odour that came from the kitchen occasionally, which often degraded our mood. At first, we did pest cleaning to find whether there were appearing from the dead bodies of rats or not. But even after that, the odour kept coming to our nose. Once the sounds became so disturbing that we had to quit the house for a few days. But, I don't recall why we had not vacated the house that very day. After few days we had no option other than to call the police. They arrived and investigated the whole house from top to bottom, room to room. They found nothing, not even a soul until they started investigating the cellar. Digging the cellar walls, they found two dead bodies of humans that were kept inside the concrete walls for a lot of time. Probably they were the owners of the house. The police inquired us some questions and also recommended we have the house as early as possible.

Three years after that happening, now we are staying in our own house with no creepy cellars. I still wonder about that cellar, the scratching sounds and the odour. But wait, how did the odour come when the bodies were accommodated inside the thick concrete layers of the wall???

More fictions are coming.....so remain updatedπŸ˜€
