4. Unity and revelation 

"Mmm...Mons.....MONSTERS", Markus screamed, his hands were shaking and his voice trembling like hell, he was sweating a lot and his heartbeat could be heard easily. The creature stood in front of him, strong and majestic, dominating the entire room like a leader; Markus was just an insect in front of him. On the other hand, Michaela was perfectly normal; she was just standing beside Markus, holding his arm and watching him freak out. She was smiling as if she already had an idea of what is going on. 

" Before I say anything further", Michaela started, breaking the intense tension of the room," Mark you need to understand something: before you start overthinking or imagining things; I want to clear it out that he is with us". "Oh really!" Markus said, taking the step backwards from the muscular entity before him," You consider a monster as your friend? And now you are working with MONSTERS?". Michaela said, "Listen dumbhead! He is with us and is here for our help". Markus stopped her," first tell me how he came here, in your house or room? Is he an alien or a demon? Or you did some stupid rituals to summon a deity?" Michaela was tired of Markus's questions, but she continued," you need to slow down, I will tell you everything if you stop freaking out for a moment and sit down patiently". Having no other choice, Markus sat on the chair, lying in the corner of the room and Michaela took her favourite sofa. Watching them, the monster also dropped to the ground and sat with crossed legs, looking at Markus with his glowy eyes. 

Slowly Michaela started," a few days ago, I went to the nearby woods for hiking. I was there for an evening, sitting beside the campfire, watching the stars when suddenly I heard a noise. It felt like some animal is growling, but strangely there was a mixture of the human voice in it. It was like a human, calling for help in a growling voice. I shouldn't have gone along the voice, but curiosity took better of me. I started following the voice when suddenly, I reached several sewer lines. The sound was coming from one of the large pipes, which were coming from the nearby nuclear plant of STAR CORP. There I found him sitting in the side of the pipe, covered in a yellow gluey substance. He was super afraid, but somehow managed to communicate with him through signs and...." Markus interrupted," wait signs? How can he understand signs being a monster? ". Michaela stood silent at the question and looked at the creature. 

The creature broke the silence and talked for the first time," Hummmaaannn  I, foourrrtenn yyeaars aago", he said in a deep, growling voice, looking down. "What is he saying?" Markus asked Michaela, totally confused whaabout t is wrong with the creature. Michaela said," look, it might appear strange and weird, but the thing is that he has come here for you". Markus said instantly," for me, why and what for?" Michaela continued," he has come here to protect you or keep you away from something or someone". " But who the hell is this dirty piece of shit? I don't even know his name!" 

The creature said," I ammm Maarkkuss, I ammm Yoouu, wee aree sammee!"
